Can anyone tell if you've had problems similar to this:
I have a Amiga Par card/Micrapolis 2217A. I've had no problems for a year
or so, but now after the par plays back a few anims it starts to flash
colored pixelated information on screen. Was told by DPS that it was a drive
problem. Heat probably! Pointed a large fan directly at the drive and still
the same. Somtimes the anims in one partition play back fine and the other
partition breaks up during playback. When using the view utility it even
corrupts the still from an Amiga drive. DPS says that during view it buffers
it to the drive then reads it. Is my drive toast? Will Micropolis trade or
repair drive?
Thanks for any info.
Todd
SIGNATURE:
As you can see, I have spent many hours positioning these letters in just
such a way, that it creates a hidden pictogram. Cool huh! Print out this
signature and focus just past the page and out will pop an amazing 3D image.
A prize to the first to discover it's meaning.
